Hermann Gerland is taking over the second team of Bayern Munich

The longtime assistant coach at Bayern Munich, Hermann Gerland is taking the second team of the Bavarian colossus by summer. The information was confirmed on the club`s official website on the Internet.
The former monitor of the second team, Heiko Vogel is leaving it in search of new challenges. He has had two periods with a total of 12 years of work at Bayern.
The 62-year-old Gerland, who will work together with Jochen Sauer, has extensive experience in that work. He was at the head of the amateur lineup of the Bavarians in three periods - from 1990 to 1995, from 2001 to 2009, and in 2010/11 season.
The expert was `the right hand` in the first team of Bayern of Louis van Gaal, Jupp Heynckes, Pep Guardiola and now helps also Carlo Ancelotti.
