Basketball picks Zverev did not give a set to a Slovenian, a Polish player tormented Nishikori

The German player Alexander Zverev, placed under number 4, qualified for the second round of the Australian Open Tennis Championship, after having 6:4, 6:1, 6:4 over the Slovenian Aljaz Bedene. Zverev had problems only in the first set in which he lagged for a 3:4 break, but after he entered the game beat managed to break the resistance of his opponent. In the second round Zverev will play with the winner of the French clash between Jeremy Chardy and Ugo Humbert.

The Japanese tournament, Kei Nishikori, continued on to the second round of the tournament, but he had a harder task against Kamil Majchrzak. The match ended with 3:6, 6:7 (6), 6:0, 6:2, 3:0 and Kamil Majchrzak`s withdrawal due to injury. Nishikori, who was placed under number 9, started the match analyzed by basketball-predictions poorly and retreated to the first two sets against the 176th Polish player in the world, but then Kamil Majchrzak began to experience physical discomfort that allowed Nishikori to make a turn. Nishikori`s next rival will be veteran Ivo Karlovic, who made four sets with another Polish tennis player - Hubert Hurkacz. The Korean player Chung Hong, who reached the semi-finals in Melbourne last year, was on the verge of dropping out in the first round but, like Nishikori, he recovered two sets of lows and beat 6:7 (5), 6:75), 6:3, 6:2, 6:4 the American Bradley Klahn. For the next round, the Belgian David Goffin was also in for 6-0, 6:2, 6:2. Goffin certainly managed to save his fortune after just an hour and 30 minutes on the court, and his next rival would be Marius Copil, a Romanian who won a clear victory over Spaniard Marcel Granollers.
