The leadership of the Greek Football Grand Panathinaikos split by mutual agreement with the senior team coach Yiannis Anastasiu, Reuters reported. The 42-year-old specialist left because of unsatisfactory results by free-soccer-picks from the beginning of the season, after the Athenians were dropped in the qualifiers of the UEFA Champions League and the Europa League and in the League behind the 8 points behind leader Olympiakos after the ninth round of the Superleague Cup.
Anastasiu took over the team in May 2013 when PAO was in severe financial crisis. He managed to build a new teamby young local players, and in 2014 was selected to coach the number 1 in Greece, having won the National Cup and came to the silver medals in the Championship.
